.Net 1.1 application errors

Medium Priority
Last Modified: 2012-06-27
I Have a windows 2003 SBS R2 server getting the below event log multiple times a day.  The server is running quickbooks and Jobboss.  I was looking for a way to resolve this error by re-installing or repairing .Net 1.1

Event Type:      Error
Event Source:      .NET Runtime
Event Category:      None
Event ID:      0
Date:            2/10/2009
Time:            10:40:00 AM
User:            N/A
Computer:      Servername
The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( .NET Runtime ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: .NET Runtime version 1.1.4322.2407- AutoApprove.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services: Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process id=0x2e04 (11780), Thread id=0x3054 (12372).

Click OK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application..

Try installing Service Pack 1 first (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=A8F5654F-088E-40B2-BBDB-A83353618B38&displaylang=en).

If that doesn't solve your problem, try giving Full Control to Server\Users on "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\.NETFramework\policy\AppPatch\v2.0.50727.00000"

I run that update and it tells me that the program or application is missing or does not exist.
Both the ideas did not help i made the registry change and still see the event log errors.
