how do I know if I am using jSessionid in ColdFusion "exclusively"?

In order to use jsessionids to manage sessions in ColdFusion, I always thought that the only thing you have to do is check the "J2EE" checkbox in the ColdFusion administrator.

But on here I have had a few people ask if I was using jsessionids "exclusively" on my site.

If I have the box checked, doesn't that mean I am using they exclusively? Or is there something else I have to do to ensure that I am using jsessionids to manage all of my logins and session variables?

Thanks!~

checking the box actually does -not- disable cftoken and cfide, cf still adds them so you get all 3 (you can check this with a cookie viewing util like the webdev toolbar for firefox

only by adding this to application.cfm can you exclusively use jsessionids

clientmanagement="no"
setclientcookies="no"
