A client of mine has recently upgraded from Symantec Corporate to Endpoint Protection (I believe version 11) and I am now receiving alerts that the &quot;Symantec AntiVirus Definition Watcher&quot; is missing and a search for Defwatch.exe turns up no results.<br />

Does anyone know if this has been removed as part of the upgrade? I have been unable to find any information on-line about this.<br />

Symantec AntiVirus Definition Watcher (Defwatch.exe) Is Missing After Installing Endpoint Security

Anti-virus software was originally developed to detect and remove computer viruses.
