Axis Toolkit Log

While working with ServiceTest, whereby i have accessed several wsdls, I do have one that comes back with an error.  The error indicates to look at the Axis Toolkit Log, at; Temp\pkbfrxhfroop\WSDL\AxisToolkit.log.  The problem is that I can not find this log.  Any thoughts on this problem?

The other situation is this; the wsdl can be accessed via IE, but when I try to set it up via ServiceTest it detects this error; ERROR: Missing <soap:fault> element inFault "CustomerFault" in operation "CustomerFault", in binding GetCustomerService.
Any comments on this error?
