Which NIC is compatible with VMWare ESXi?

I'm installing and configuring VMWare and I would like to install a 2nd NIC. Any recommendations? I will be running Windows SErver 2003 and MOSS 2007

Almost all Intel Pro NIC's are compatible and I recommend Intel.

http://www.vmware.com/resources/compatibility/search.php?action=base&deviceCategory=server

You can search their HCL there. Click on IO Devices, enter your NIC brand and make, and it will let you know if its compatible
