Which NIC is compatible with VMWare ESXi?

I'm installing and configuring VMWare and I would like to install a 2nd NIC. Any recommendations? I will be running Windows SErver 2003 and MOSS 2007

    Almost all Intel Pro NIC's are compatible and I recommend Intel.

    You can search their HCL there. Click on IO Devices, enter your NIC brand and make, and it will let you know if its compatible
