Loading image control

I have a windows form control that takes a good 25 seconds to load,  I would like to have a small loading image control to show in the background when the Main control is loading. Does anyone have a way it can be done.

You can have any image you want the thing is that you will need to do your lengthy tasks into another thread. You can use the BackgroundWorker component to do it. see http://www.emoreau.com/Entries/Articles/2006/12/The-BackgroundWorker-component.aspx

See the MS sample for Splash Screen. It's the only reliable source.
