We have Outlook 2003 clients and Exchange server 2003
Whenever we send an email to an external recipient, a jpg file is attached to the email. I need to change this behaviour but I do not know where this is setup. I can't see anything on either the client or the Exchange server, any clues?

What does the jpg contain or look like?

It's a simple jpg asking to consider the environment (see attached), I'm sure it was setup by someone in the company at some point, but there's no-one here now who knows what they did :)

Do you have something like Exclaimer installed on the server? Or anything else in the Programs list that looks unfamiliar?

ah ha.... :)
We do not Exclaimer but I did find something called Code Two Exchange Rules and I can see the disclaimer rule in there :)
Thanks guswebb, I should be able to make the required changes now :)
