is any script I can run to decrypt password in sysxlogins?

I have user's name in sysxlogins but I can not tell the passowrd, it is encrypted.
I need to know the user password then I can give user to login application.

Please help this.

You can't it is one way hash algortim. You can try to use this hash as password hovever but you must skip encoding.

The password is not encrypted, it's hashed.  It can't be reversed.  If you need to give a user their SQL Login password, why not reset it?
