I did but I still can not access the Outlook Web Access. It tells the page can not be displayed and it was working fine until the rollup 6 was in the process of installing and I cancelled.

I am concern the roll up will disable the services again and create a bigger issue. I cancelled the roll up when it was only about 25%. shouldn't that have reversed everything back to what it was?
