Final error: 0xe000848c - Unable to attach to a resource. Make sure that all selected resources exist and are online, and then try again.

Hi,
I have symantec backup exec installed on a server of the domain test.local. I´m backing up servers of this domain and servers from the domain one.local. For servers of the test.local domain i use an account test\backup. For the domain one.local i use one\backup. Now i´m trying to restore a database to the exchange 2007 server of the domain one.local. The method of restauration is RSG (Recovery Storage Group) that is enabled on the exchange server. The database to be overwritten is online, but when i send the restore i get always this error.

Final error: 0xe000848c - Unable to attach to a resource.  Make sure that all selected resources exist and are online, and then try again.

What can i do ????  Is for the accounts??????

Thanks for your help

If i remember correctly, you'll need to ensure that your backup account/s is a member of the Exchange enterprise admins group.

you may need to enable agent debugging so you can see what SERVER_NAME and PATH the restore is actually looking for.

Later of check all this points, try changing the default logon account on symantec backup and set the referent to the one.local domain. Launch again the backup and then runs !!!

Thanks to all for your help
