How do I put an XP SP2 image onto a Vista Business Laptop using Zenworks

I am trying to put an XP SP2 image onto a Vista Business Laptop using Zenworks. The image is being run from a server to the laptop. The image runs until it has done 77% then stops when installing a Service Pack, with a decompresson error. I am in the process of requesting a new disk to be made of the original image, but wondered if it is a problem with the image or zenworks and Vista.

Make sure in BIOS that you have the SATA Operation set to ATA.  Sometimes if it is set to AHCI you can't even start to image a computer.  Also if you were to try to load Windows from a CD/DVD without the setting ATA your computer will just blue screen and continuously reboot.

I got a new image sent to me, unfortunately this image had a cyclical redundancy error, when I was checking the disk.
You are correct in saying that the Advanced Host Controller Interface was partly interfering with the install. Switching this to ATA did allow me to put a silent install on the laptop.
Thanks for the assist.
