Unable to change Autodiscover URL for Exchange 2007

When running the Exchange Best Practices Analyzer (ExBPA) on our recent SBS 2008 install, we get the following error:

The subject alternative name (SAN) of SSL certificate for https://sites/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml does not appear to match the host address. Host address: sites. Current SAN: DNS Name=server1.company.com, DNS Name=www.server1.company.com, DNS Name=company-server.company.local, DNS Name=company-server, DNS Name=server1.company.com, DNS Name=autodiscover.company.com, DNS Name=owa.company.com.

I need to change the "sites" to "company-server" so the URL actually works.  I know this is supposed to be done using the Set-ClientAccessServer cmdlet in the shell, but when I run a Get-ClientAccessServer, I see that the proper URL is already set!

Is there another place I should be looking?  Where is ExBPA looking for this info?

Thanks!

Holy crap!  I'm getting somewhere!!

Set-AutodiscoverVirtualDirectory -identity "Autodiscover (SBS Web Applications)" -internalurl https://company-server/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml

This appears to have worked for the Autodiscover, but now the ExBPA is complaining about UnifiedMessaging.  So, using intuition, I used the following command:

Get-UMVirtualDirectory | set-umvirtualdirectory -internalurl "https://company-server/UnifiedMessaging/Service.asmx"

That did it!  All certificate related errors are gone now.  Thanks!!

P.S. - greesh_hem:  I read that article before, it didn't talk too many specifics for changing the VirtualDirectory Internal URL.  Thanks, though!
