Problem with a member server in a domain giving this event 1053, result is that the server is still running but not accessable for the users, ping is also not possible. Restarting solves the problem

An installed camera application was causing this problem, Reconfiged that software fixed the issue

Any specifics on the camera applicatino?  I have  a server doing hte same thing, and there is a video system being routed through the server.
