Top Frame Like Google Images

hi all,

just a quick one.

i am trying to create a links section on my website and want to include a top bar like google images.

i can create a top frame no problem but how do i load it from another page i.e set the target from another page to lad that page into the new frameset?

any help would be greatly recieved!

though frames and iframes can load their page from whatever url you specify.
