I'm looking for a basic script the will allow Helpdesk to reset a users password, I've seen many scripts that do all kinds of specific tasks around password reset's

Task list :
1.Imput box requiring user name (regardless of OU)
2.Validation of user account
3.Input box for new password (Masked if poss)
4.Password confirmation
5.Password must be changed at next logon

Any help would be greatly appreciated
