Quickbooks: Create a new Customer Transaction Type

We are running Quickbooks Enterprise 9 and we are trying to add a new customer transaction type.  What we really need is one called: Specification Registration so we can give credits to some of our reps and be able to sort the credits.

Any help?

Do you want a new transaction? Lists -> Item List and add a new item.

Or do you want a new field? Customer Center -> Select Customer -> Edit -> Additional Info -> Define Fields. You can normally report on these fields once you have set them up.
