error 515: when simply adding 5 minuten to the jobschedular

Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'owner_sid', table 'msdb.dbo.sysjobs'; column does not allow nulls, UPDATE fails.. The job was not saved...

i'm just changing the job from 12:00 AM to 12:05 AM to run

    What this means to me is that the login that owned the job is no longer valid and because you are changing the job, it will try to resave it.

    You should just validate that there is an owner assigned and it may be good for you to assign the owner as 'sa' because sa will exist in the system, but does not have to be a login that can be removed from security.

    When you change the owner to be a valid login, then it will allow you to save the job.
