How to confugure and deploy Windows Syslog collection server?

I was wondering what is the easiest way to configure and deploy a Windows syslog server to collect  OS logs from Windows 2000, Windows 2003 & Windows NT machines? I did some research and discovered that most syslog servers are running Unix or Linix OS, and I was wondering if there is a solution that would work on a Windows server/workstation? I am not necessarily looking for a freeware software - it just has to work.

Take a look at Kiwi: http://www.kiwisyslog.com/kiwi-syslog-server-overview/

They've a free version that would let you demo it to see if it suits your needs before buying.

Personally, I lean toward something a little more stripped down/dedicated for a log server, like a Unix/Linux box, but it really comes down to preference and what best fits your experience/environment.
