I need a batch file that will run from a cmd prompt and change the directory to c:\symantec\Symantec EndPoint Protection and stop the smc service and then copy the "Sylink.xml" file in that directory Then start the smc service.

This must be run with administrator priveleges (under vista, with elevated privelges as well.)
Where X:\ is the location you would like the file copied to.

C:
cd "\symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection"
net stop "smcservice"
copy sylink.xml X:\sylink.xml
net start "smcservice"
