Failed outgoing emails to one domain. 554 No relaying allowed
From my own domain/LAN (Exchange 2003)...
When trying to send an outgoing email to one certain domain it fails and we receive this error message back:
Your message could not be sent.
A transcript of the attempts to send the message follows.

Failed to send to identified host,
user@outgoingdomain.com: [outgoingdomain.com.s5a1.p smtp.com], 554 No relaying allowed - psmtp
--- Message non-deliverable.
Any thoughts?
Also, I'm not blacklisted. I checked that on mxtoolbox.com.

ASKER
Okay,
I spoke with the organization and they had me provide to them the error (from the email that got kicked back) and the MIME info. They had to send that info to their ISP because their ISP is running that postini service. The ISP has just recently changed the IP address of that postini server. The ISP immediately told us that my DNS has to be cleared on my end in order for my server to see that new ip address of the new postini server. How do I clear this DNS????

On the server itself run
ipconfig /flushdns
-M
ipconfig /flushdns
-M
