VISTA Peer-Peer Network KODAK printer sharing error

I setup a small network. 2 computers. Desktop - HP VISTA Home Premium, connected to router via ethernet cable. Laptop Toshiba VISTA Home Premium, connected via WEP wireless to router. I have sharing setup and can share files and printers fine. BUT... When I go to setup new printer on the laptop, and go through the setup, it sees the KODAK printer on the desktop, but when I click on it and click next. It says: "Windows cannot connect to the printer. Make sure that you have typed the name correctly, and that the printer is connected to the network." The first time I did this It worked, but then the printer was not available after a restart, so when I try to connect it as a networked printer again, it gives me this problem. I bypassed windows firwall-no change. I an running Bitdefender Antivirus 2009. Thanks in advance..
