The Security tab is unavailable in the folder's properties, so I went to the DataPlow manager and added IUSR_&lt;MACHINE&gt; to the Share Permissions. I still was unable to access the website without a user name and password. Could there be an issue with my SAN setup?

SAN needs to be configured to allow access to that account as well. &nbsp;Not familiar with dataplow . . . but the prompt means it's definitely a permission issue.
