Blackberry Enterprise Server and Active Directory

We are in the process in reconfiguring our company network, which will involve the creation of new domain controllers and a new AD forest. What impact will this have on our Blackberry Enterprise Server (we currently use version 3.6 Service Pack 2)? Are there configuration changes that will need to happen in Blackberry Enterprise Server and if so, where/how are these done?

Everything on our current forest will be migrated to the new one, including our current Exchange and BES servers. What will need to be done in BES when it is transitioned to the new forest from the old forest?
How are you doing the migration? What exactly are you looking to do?
I am not aware of all the technical details of the migration, however, the main steps to be taken include: (1) create new domain controllers and build new AD forest, (2) move servers to new domain, including establishing Exchange directory synchronization, and (3) configuring all network apps (including BES) to work within the new domain, as opposed to the old one.

In step 3, I am trying to understand what settings/changes will need to be adjusted/made to BES to get it to work appropriately within the new domain. What settings do we need to change? What configurations need to be made?
Any reason you have not upgraded to 4.1.6?
There is no particular reason we haven't upgraded. Is there any benefit?
