How export a list of SQL 2005 databases to Excel?

I'm trying to export a list of my databases that are displayed in the SQL Server Management Studio. When I expand the SQL server, then expand and double-click on the Databases folder, I can see all my databases on the right side "summary" window. The problem is that I can't select databases and and choose an "Export List" like the old SQL 2000 Enterprise Manager had. What's the new way to do this?
