Windows 2008 Server, SQL SERVER, firewall settings

I need my SQL SERVER 2008 to listen on 1433 port to all connections from any IP, so I need instructions on how to start the program to configure the firewall, and which rules should I set up, and which values should I assign...

    I'm not sure about the firewall settings, but you need only to enable TCP/IP after setup.  At that point, if it's not on 1433 (happened to me with my 1st v2008 installation), you can change it as detailed herein:
