ArcEditor, can't remove wallpaper in workspace

I have an employee who is using ArcMap 9.3 ArcEditor. When she leaves her workspace idle, usually while working in another application, she had her wallpaper appear inside her arcEditor workspace after an hour has past. She tries to refresh the screen and turning layers on/off, but the wallpaper remains. Has anyone seen this happen before?
I have attached an image for reference. Thanks for any help you can provide.

TechNovice-75,

If your question is:
"Has anyone seen this happen before?
My answer is: No

If your question is: How do I fix this?
Then I would recommened simply disabling this "screensaver" option in ArcEditor.

TechNovice-75,

I have never used ArcEditor, so I can't offer any concrete help.

In case you haven't seen it, this is a support site that may be useful:
http://support.esri.com/index.cfm?fa=software.filteredGateway&PID=17

It includes focused discussion forums for users of these products. For a question that is this specific to ArcEditor, you may be able to get a quicker answer through a dedicated support site.

TechNovice-75,

I have only seen this program in use.
Where I work, the site planning company uses it for generating landscaping plots.

In addition to mbizup's suggestions:
1. Can you simply ask this employee how she enabled this WallPaper/Screensaver initialy?
2. Check the Help files within the program itself.
3. Contact the makers of the software for support directly.

I have had user change screen saver to Windows XP, and the issue seems to have disappeared.
