ArcEditor, can't remove wallpaper in workspace

I have an employee who is using ArcMap 9.3 ArcEditor. When she leaves her workspace idle, usually while working in another application, she had her wallpaper appear inside her arcEditor workspace after an hour has past. She tries to refresh the screen and turning layers on/off, but the wallpaper remains. Has anyone seen this happen before?
I have attached an image for reference. Thanks for any help you can provide.

TechNovice-75,

If your question is:
"Has anyone seen this happen before?
My answer is: No

If your question is: How do I fix this?
Then I would recommened simply disabling this "screensaver" option in ArcEditor.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I will need to contact ESRI to get some more info.
I have had user change screen saver to Windows XP, and the issue seems to have disappeared.
