accpac crm logon problem

Accpac CRM (5.8) was installed 2 years ago and whoever did so used the 'sa' account on MSSQL and set a password on it. I had to reset the 'sa' password to get access to the MSSQL database (before I found out Accpac had used this account). I now get 'You may need to recreate views manually' when we try to logon to Accpac CRM. How can I find either what the origianl password was (so that I can reset it) or set the logon to use the new password?
