getting lots of emails subject says "undeliverable" Have got at least 1000 emails in 10min. Please help

i all of a sudden i am getting alot of emails (over 1000 in 10mins and still coming in) With the subject "undeliverable" And this is the body of one of the emails below. Is this a viris? How can i fix it? Thanks any help will be great as it is annoying and i don't like to think someone or something is sending emails from my computer thanks.

Check the From address. If it is yours, a spammer set out many spam emails, you are getting the bounce back from servers who bounced the spam mail.  There is little that you can do about the present spam attack. Wait a couple of days, and it should subside.

If you have control of the server, you can Integrate SPF and DomainKeys, which would help to stop spoofing in the future:

It could be a virus on a computer behind your firewall. Do you have control of the mail server?

Bounce backs like this will land whoever is bouncing them on an RBL also. Bounces should be internal only. SPAMCOP will nail you every time for that.

hi thanks all for answering i have read all the pages you guys have suggested i read but i am still confused on how to fix this. i am not to sure how to check if i have control over my mail server.
Any ideas for someone that is good with computers but not that good to understand all that lol :) Thanks again

Unless you have been sending out SPAM on their* servers call them and tell them what is happening but most likely they already know they have a problem. Not much you can do about this they will need to take care of it.

Called them and they said they can't do much instead of changing my password. and they said i have been hacked and i need to do a viris scan well ive done 3 with my one which is AVG and it shows nothing does anyone know of a free viris scan that might show something up? thanks
