Hi <br />
Have you put the right groups into the users account. Its possible that there is a group that controls who can log onto machines locally (a common practise in many Organisations)<br />
<br />
However, like Americom says, more info on erros, how this accoutn was set up, is it the first time you are trying to log on wiht this account etc..<br />
