my website can't play flash in IE, but can play in Firefox

I designed a website and already posted on the website, but very strange is it only can show the flash properly in firefox, in IE ony blank, I don't konw why ,please help me ,the website is:

    Your object parameters are pointing to "flash/header.swf", but the flash file is actually at "image_files/header.swf".  IE seems to be reading the one instance of "image_files/header.swf".

    I haven't tested your object code, but replace every instance of "flash/" with "image_files/" and you should be in good shape.
