do this, i just tested it works

YOu will have to add the rep  by your self

[c4-testing]
name=CentOS-4 Testing
baseurl=http://dev.centos.org/centos/$releasever/testing/$basearch/
enabled=0
gpgcheck=1
gpgkey=http://dev.centos.org/centos/RPM-GPG-KEY-CentOS-testing

# consideration.

Go to :
cd  /etc/yum.repos.d
then vi CentOS-Base.repo
add the repo

change this 2 options
enabled=0  to 1
gpgcheck=1 to 0

now try

yum install centos-ds
