TS server 2008 Locale

I have an sbs 2008 server with a Server 2008 Terminal Server attached to the domain.
Both SBS and TS server are set to Australian Locale. Strangely enough any terminal server session (TS Web or RDP) will apply the English American locale/language bar. Is there a way to run the Australian Locale in the TS session? and how can I change it? The workstations logging on are defenitely set to Aus Locale.

This has always been a problem with Terminal Server, and I don't think they've done any better to fix it with Server 2008.  (I think the fix is the same)

Sorry I forgot about this one. Jeff is correct as always. Server 2008 has the same issues as 2003.
Thanks Jeff and Tigermatt.
