I believe I have a corrupt Microsoft dBase driver on windows vista, can anyone help?

I believe my Microsoft dBase ODBC driver has gotten corrupt because I can't add a User DSN with it. When I try to add one I get the following error:

"The setup routines for the Microsoft dBase Driver (*.dbf) ODBC driver could not be loaded due to system error code 193"

I am desperate to get this driver working for a big project that I am trying to finish up and it is the only thing holding me back.

I am running Windows Vista Ultimate 64. Does anyone have any ideas on how to reinstall this driver?

I have seen several people online with this problem on other forums but no one seems to have an answer.

I believe Jet Dbase driver will work only for 32 bit editions and hence its throwing the error.
And I believe this may help you out.

Well what is odd is the only ODBC drivers that work are the SQL Server ones.

So even the excel drivers are corrupt.

Also after I click ok on that error message I get this error message:
Could not load the setup or translator library

Check with your System Engineers whether you are able to reinstall ODBC drivers in your machine.
I am the system engineer, I can't seem to find the install for the ODBC drivers that came for Vista or something to repair them.
