how to allow a remote shutdown script through windows firewall

I've written a .bat file to force a shutdown of workstations and scheduled it to run with scheduled tasks . However it only works when the windows firewall is off. I don't want to disable the windows firewall for all my workstations. How do I configure the windows firewall to allow my shutdown.bat file to run?

You need to configure your domain policy or local computer policy for the following.

computer config\administrative templates\network\network connections\windows firewall\

Enable Allow remote administration exception
