ISA 2004 intermittent connections

ISA 2004 is intermittent and didn't accept any connections even RDP.
Error Code: 500 Internal Server Error. No buffer space is supported. The WinSock implementation was unable to allocate additional memory to accommodate the function request. For more information about this event, see ISA Server Help. (10055)

    Isn't your server suffering low memory (physical or virtual)?

    pardon me for late reply. Yes, found out that the log reached its size quota due to FTP rule issue.
