Can I install Exchange 2007 in a web server?

I have a new HP server with Windows Server 2003 64bit with plenty of power and disk space that I am going to use for hosting IIS websites and also do some web site testing.  I am in a small office and was wondering if I could install Exchange 2007 on the same server without either of the two causing problems with each other.

Thanks

Technically, yes.  In fact, Exchange requires IIS.  The main problem is capacity, and there may be some security issues if you have other public-facing sites on the server.

Thank you for the very quick response, do you know of any documentation regarding best practices to securing such a setup?

Thanks,

None that I am already familiar with.  I can only suggest a search.  There is a page on the MS site with some relevant-looking links:
