With the standard implementation of Ms Exchange 2000/2003 (without 3rd party software), how can we check the traffic statistic of the incoming and outgoing? I want  the info on how many messages and how big the total size let say for a week/month

I can get the info from my  3rd party anti spam software but it only grab the incoming/outgoing mail to the internet. How can I get the statistic for the 'local' email activities.
