Is there a way to change the frequency of the send and receive for Activesync? I have SBS 2008 with Exchange 2007 and a HTC Pro Touch.
I would like to be done every 5 mins. It seems like it is every hour or longer.

    Accepted Solution

are you using push email on the HTC?
if you do, it's tset to 'as items arrive', so within a second the messages arrive.
you need to set this on your htc > activesync > menu > schedule > 'as items arrive'
