well, sa has sysadmin access to the server instances and all databases...do you want that, or do you want the user to be a db owner for only certain databases?

I want the new user to have as much the same attribute as "sa", or maybe full SA properties.

Can it be done?

sure....you would jsut create the user and add them to the server security level sysadmin group.
