SQL Integration service not installed -MS SQL SERVER

We are having all sorts of issues loading flat files into SQL. The report follows.

· Error 0xc00470fe: Data Flow Task: The product level is insufficient for component "Source - GMIsample_csv" (1).

· Error 0xc00470fe: Data Flow Task: The product level is insufficient for component "Data Conversion 1" (207).
 (SQL Server Import and Export Wizard)
 

 

- Prepare for Execute (Stopped)

 

- Pre-execute (Stopped)

 

- Executing (Success)

 

- Copying to [Samples].[dbo].[J7Y1804] (Stopped)

 

- Post-execute (Stopped)

 

- Cleanup (Stopped)

Do we need to have integration services installed on our PCs?  The below screenshot is from my machine.

It depends what you are using...
Some times based on the components you use you may need SSIS. You can install the developer edition to reduce the cost of licencing...
What are you running and how and from where?
If you are running from your PC...try running it on the server if you don't want to install SSIS on the PCs...
