Clickonce won't update behind particular firewall / network.

In developing an application at work, I've found that recently my Application won't update - even if it is set to check before the application loads, and even if I had set a minimum application version.  It will work fine, when I take it home and behind my own personal firewall.  Talking to the city IT administrators is like talking to a brick wall.  You pretty much need to have presidential clearance before they change anything.  ANy ideas on what I can do or what ports need to be opened or cache's cleared for this to work?

Without your IT people opening up the firewall, the only option you have is to deploy to CD and install from CD.

They probably will not allow that either.

Sometimes they can really be paranoiac!! (Unfortunately also for good reasons)
