Active Directory - Adding a second domain to my domain controler

I would like to know if it is possible to have two domain on a single domain controler ?

No you can't have that, one domain per Windows server installation.
You could have one box and have multiple virtual machines running on the box so you could have multiple DC's/Domains that way but each virtual machine would be its own Windows Installation.

what if a create 10 users in domainA while a wait for a new server to arrive, will I be able to move them to the new domain after ?

Are you going to make a new forest or just add a new domain in the excisting forest?

I need to create a second domain because we brought a new companny and we are going to host their exchange account. Also eventually we are going to put an AD server on this site for files and authentication. Both site are going to be in the same forest.
