Look in Task manager and verify that outlook.exe is closed. My guess is that it is not closed. So an addin or external program is preventing it from closing.<br />

I think I found it. &nbsp;I have a PDA with ActiveSych connected to the back of the computer. &nbsp;Even though I closed the Active Sych program the fact that it was still plugged in to the USB port may have been an issue. &nbsp;In any case, after I pulled the USB cable it worked.
