Adding an exception to the local Windows Firewall in Group Policy

I am in the process of migrating PCs into Active Directory. They are put into an OU that has a GPO set to it to enable the local Windows Firewall. We currently use the Landesk Management Suite as our Dekstop Management solution. When the local firewall becomes enabled it does not allow the PCs to communicate with that server and make it impossible for anyone to reach those machines through their respective Landesk console. How do I add an exception in that GPO, or should I create another GPO and how, to allow communication to the Core server?

I actually had found these online. I made the change in the "do not allow exceptions" area and that worked.
Nicely done, good job on the changes!!
