Outlook calendar issues

Hello Experts,

Ive been working with one user to troubleshoot a calendar issue .

Short summary is that meeting requests do not update into users calendar unless he accepts them.  When he clicks on the calendar button in the meeting request is opens the correct date but doesnt show the tentative booking.  When he reviews his calendar its missing all new meeting requests.  Over the past several weeks there has been lots of troubleshooting with nothing correcting this issue (/cleanfreebusy, re-install client, change client versions, tested Outlook to Outlook bookings & BB to Outlook bookings, etc).  Two days ago I moved users mailbox to another  Exchange server in the hopes any corrupt entries would be removed, but that only temporality masked his problem.

Can anyone point me on the right direction?

Is this user the only one facing all the issues mentioned above?
What happens when the user tries to access his calendar via Outlook Web Access (OWA)?
Does it retain any changes made?
If yes then it could be the Windows profile on the users machine that could be causing the issues.
Ensure that users Outlook is not in Cached mode.

Perhaps you could ask the user to access the mailbox from some other computer and see if that helps.

Normally what I do to resolve calendar issue is

    RDP to exchange server:

Point to Exchange System Manager,Administrative Groups, company name, folders, right-click public folders and click view system folders

Expand Schedule+ Free Busy, click EX:/company name
    Click content tab, click search.
In the  Look in the Subject for these word(s): enter username experiencing issues and click find Now.
Delete the entry for the user(USER-CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=Username

However, I am not able to find any entry for this particular user.

    Any ideas?

I am not sure what, exactly, you need to read.
Often I get my answers from pieces of information that are similar, but not  exactly like, my problem.

    Accepted Solution

Check the user is using the latest SP for Office:
    If using Office 2003:

    If using Office 2007:

    If using 2003
Can try closing Outlook and re-opening using
    Start>Run>outlook.exe /cleanschedplus

For both 2003 and 2007 you can also try
    Start>Run>outlook.exe /cleanprofile

If those dont work, might try opening Outlook in Safe Mode
    Start>Run>Outlook.exe /safe

try it here and see if it still heppens
If it does not, its likely an add-in is causing this problem

I just ran /cleanschedplus, /cleanprofie, and /cleanfreebusy from users machine.  I have sent one meeting invite from my BB which successfully arrived into users calendar.  Several more tests will need to be run to verify success.

However, Things are not looking good.  I can at least now see users availability for booking, but my invites are not updating is schedule.  See the attached.  I sent 3 invites (10-10:30, 10:30-11:30, and 11:30-12) which all show up in my calendar, but they dont show in users when I check his availability.

    Any ideas

Can you verify what version of Office is being used and what Service Packs are installed?
