How do I get a Poweredge RAID1 array to recognize larger hard drives

I have replaced 2-36gb hard drives in a RAID1 array (01) on a PowerEdge 1800 server.  This array is my Drive D, and does NOT contain the operating system, which is on another RAID1 array (00, Drive C).  I have reconstructed the two new drives and they are working just fine.  HOWEVER, they still show up in Disk Management (and everywhere else) as 36gb.  How do I get the server to recognize that Drive D is now a 73gb drive and no longer 36gb?

You'll need to do an array reconstruct from openmanage storage manager and expand the array to include the currently unused section of the drives. Make sure to a take a backup before starting the reconstruct.

"Reconstruct" led me up the wrong path at first (I confused it with "Rebuild).  My version of OpenManage calls for "Reconfigure".
