When a user sends an email to another user within the organization, the receiving user email is stamped received 3 hours later. In other words if I send an email to another user at 5:00 PM, the other user receive the email immediately but it is stamped like I sent it at 8:00 PM. However; it says received at 5:00 PM but the sent time is 3 hours later. Email coming from outside our server are stamped with the correct time.
The time on the server and workstation are correct and they are setup for the correct time zone.

Hello rauladan,

have you checked the time and date of the SBS server?

rauladan,

ow, didn't read the whole question; so you've already checked the time on both server and workstations, ok.
I've had this once on an SBS 2008, but that was because the time on the server wasn't set correctly.
you could try it this way:
http://sbs.editme.com/time
might also be a bug that I'me not aware of.
