Create Windows shortcut with /WrkGrp switch using VBA
This question has already been discussed here:
https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/21239762/Create-Windows-shortcut-using-VBA-with-WrkGrp-switch.html
But the solution involves refers to this page http://www.pacificdb.com.au/Support/code_shortcuts.htm
(link on there is outdated).
This involves having another file around all the time. Isn't there some other simpler way to do this?

Just to clarify, I was able to see the page. I just don't like the solution provided (because ShellLnk.tlb is required to be around).

The question asker here (https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/21239762/Create-Windows-shortcut-using-VBA-with-WrkGrp-switch.html) was using that method, he was having a problem with the /wrkgrp being changes to \wrkgrp. The arguments property solves this problem though.
