How do I force a web site to "reset" the values of application variables without rebooting the entire server.  I've tried stop and starting the particular website in the IIS Manager but this doesn't seem to work.

    Accepted Solution

Edit the global.asa. When the webserver finds a new version of the global.asa (even if it is just a new empty linebreak), the application resets.

If you are in classic asp, then use the first solution.  if you are .net then the second one.
