How can I install Opera Mini on a Windows Mobile 5 device

Dear Experts,
I have an o2 Atom phone running Windows Mobile 5.  I wanted to install the browser Opera Mini on it.  The Opera Mini web site tells you to download the files to your laptop then transfer them (a .jar file and a .jad) file to your device and then follow the instructions supplied by your phone supplier.  My phone supplier does not give any information on installing direct from the device.  I tried going into File Explorer and clicking on the .jad file.  It starts to install something but then I get this error message: "MIDlet cannot be found in local install folder. - 77"  I cannot see any useful solution to this problem by searching Google.  What directory should I place the files in? Nobody bothers to say.  I've tried putting both the jar file and the.jad file in the root of my memory card and in the "my documents" folder of the memory card.  It fails both times.

What's Jbed? Do I have to purchase it? Is it freeware?
Download http://www.1800pocketpc.com/shared_files/GC%20Opera%20Mini%201.2.2.cab
- Esmertec Jbed 20080428.2.1
- Opera Mini 4.1 - Build 4.1.11355 20080522
- Gmail
- Opera Mini signed as trusted (removes annoying prompt windows)
- Shortcut for Opera Mini 4.1 in Start->Programs with icon. (Today Launcher icon supported)
- Shortcut for Esmertec Jbed in Start->Programs.
- Support for non WWE Roms.
- Installation to Storage Card supported

Jbed its a Midlet Manager. You need one to run Jar/Jad files in your PPC

The link shown above does not seem to work.

If I click on it I see this message:

You are being redirected to the site from where the file was linked, just do a quick search for what you were looking for and you will find it there.
Sorry for the trouble caused.

I then jump to another page that does not mention opera.
Download it from here
This pack already has a midlet manager and opera.
